<p>Stress is common for college students in the best of times. But with the current COVID-19 outbreak, there will certainly be <a href="https://www.collegecareerlife.net/managing-depression-anxiety-stressful-times/">more stress and anxiety</a> placed on college students as they navigate the &#8220;new normal.&#8221; According to a recent publication from MacCormac College, 45% of college students feel more than average stress and 87% feel overwhelmed at least once a year.
