Stress is common for college students in the best of times. But with the current COVID-19 outbreak, there will certainly be more stress and anxiety placed on college students as they navigate the “new normal.” According to a recent publication from MacCormac College, 45% of college students feel more than average stress and 87% feel overwhelmed at least once a year. The infographic below outlines the causes of stress for college students and offers some ways to combat it.
