<li>Gilbert, Arizona, has the highest <strong>median annual household income (adjusted for cost of living)</strong>, $89,903, which is 3.4 times higher than in Hialeah, Florida, the city with the lowest at $26,281.</li>
<li>West Valley City, Utah, has the highest <strong>workforce diversity</strong>, which is 2.3 times higher than in New Haven, Connecticut, the city with the lowest.</li>
<li>South Burlington, Vermont, has the lowest <strong>unemployment rate</strong>, 1.70 percent, which is 4.8 times lower than in Detroit, the city with the highest at 8.10 percent.</li>
<li>Dover, Delaware has the <strong>fastest job growth</strong> (adjusted for population growth), followed by West Valley City, Utah and Columbia, South Carolina. South Burlington, Vermont has the slowest job growth.</li>
